The Logistics Company (TLC) South Africa plays a critical role in bulk supply chain management along the Maputo Corridor, offering a complete Free on Board (FOB) service through its rail terminals at Ressano and Ikomati. Their operations span product handling, storage, transportation, container management, bonded warehousing, and road, rail, and customs documentation, supported by a commitment to adopting cutting-edge logistics technology.

Partnering with CtrlFleet has enabled TLC to streamline their operations by integrating tracking data from approximately 20 sub-contractors, representing 17 different tracking companies and around 700 trucks, into a single, easy-to-use platform. This unified view provides real-time truck positions and order details, helping TLC manage between 3,500 and 5,000 loads each month with greater accuracy and speed.

By consolidating systems and centralising visibility, CtrlFleet has enhanced TLC’s control over their operations, improved decision-making, and reduced the complexity of managing multiple platforms.
