CtrlFleet at Powerfleet Client Day 2025

The CtrlFleet team recently attended the Powerfleet Client Day in Umhlanga, an industry event focused on the latest developments in fleet visibility, asset intelligence and connected operations. It brought together operators, technology partners and service providers to explore how data driven tools are shaping the future of transport and logistics.

Co Founder Renko presented an overview of CtrlFleet’s next generation transport management platform, highlighting how a single screen approach brings live tracking, scheduling, ePODs, customer communication, compliance workflows and data insights together in one place. Using real examples from the platform, he demonstrated how operators can move from reactive processes to proactive, real time decision making.

As Powerfleet’s selected partner for journey management in our sector, this was also an ideal opportunity to demonstrate how our platform complements their ecosystem and supports safer, more connected operations.

Renko also introduced key modules that set CtrlFleet apart, including our driver app, real time issue detection, order visibility tools and the CtrlBeacon smart automation layer. He closed with an overview of our Risk and Compliance module, which allows operators to configure approval paths, safety checks and trip assessments that run automatically before execution.

Attending the Powerfleet Client Day reinforced the importance of open integrations, clear data visibility and shared innovation across the industry. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with partners, understand emerging operational needs and showcase how CtrlFleet is building towards a more connected, efficient and intelligent logistics environment.

We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting operators with tools that simplify workflows, reduce manual effort and unlock more confident decision making across their fleets.
